My first reaction would be a Sauvignon Blanc. Salmon is one of the few seafoods that go well with Pinot Noir. Since I love Salmon, I have tried many things. It goes well with full bodied Chardonnay also.

I had a quite acceptable Columbia Crest Sauvignon Blanc recently, and the cost was reasonable as well.
