Richmond Fed Index declines bloomberg.com An index of factory activity in the central Atlantic region compiled by the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond fell to negative six in December from seven in November, the bank said today. A Midwest manufacturing report Dec. 28 and a national index Jan. 2 are forecast to show factory activity stabilized after contracting in November. The November reports pushed the 10-year yields to its Dec. 1 lows.
