There are couple of things I take issue with: - They were running three major pivotal trials in parallel without having done proper phase II studies. - The trials appears to have been very poorly designed, as they had major protocol problems with two of the three trials. - Judging from the management's public presentations they seem to have been completely clueless about the problems they were having. - They have lost a lot of money for their shareholders.
