You can see it in going on in Salt Lake City one of the few places that is ahead of Austin. They've done an incredible job of balancing it all there

i think what success Austin has had has been in spite of, not thanks to, the city govt. they are a bunch of retards. they are now busy trying to ruin North Central Austin by adding a huge Walmart. rg4n.org
if Austin ends up looking like a European city i'll be very surprised.
