Read the fax blast, ruffie. The spam company was issued 4 million free trading s-8 shares, which should have been listed in a filing. S-8 shares are registered under section 12 of the act.

Financial filings are therefore mandatory.

And god knows how many more there were. LFWK issued 20 million S-8 shares (again withought bothering to make the required filing) to fearless leader Ammunson.
