Hi John,

I originally bought SDR for their Santo Domingo property in Mexico. There are lots of old mine workings on their land and the company is hoping to prove up 300 000 million ounces of silver. Even though SDR's drill results so far at Santo Domingo shows some promise (4.5 m of 837 million grams of silver equivalent) they still have a lot of work ahead of them. The main problem at this point is the 115 million shares outstanding (even though Sprott owns about 10%). SDR's market cap is about 21 million and the company will have to prove up some more decent holes if it wants to double from here and justify a +40 million dollar market cap. I was hoping to capitalize on the tax-loss selling and the eventual bounce but now think that the "bounce" may not be as automatic as I hoped. I could be wrong though. Also, Coach didn't seem to like it very much due to their share structure.

So, I ended up selling my SDR for a slight loss and bought ECU
instead.

Hope my bozo logic helps.

Cheers,
John
