I agree with your concerns about the insider selling. At least witous and budman aren't selling. But greg white and oran thomeas two of the co-founders are selling. they obviously beleive the stock is farly valued. It's not worth getting to upset about though. paraphrasing from an old mentor, insider selling has predicted 30 of the last 2 bad quarters.

insider buying however....much more interesting
