You and I are not defending the company and we, and all others, want answers but professional bashers, claiming first S-8, then regdex, then S, then 144 violations, then something else, then something else, then something else again, are just throwing manure at the wall, hoping that something will stick and maybe it will.

It's typical generic bashing that could be applied to any pink sheeter. Objective posters recognize that there are issues that need to be answered, all of which create uncertainty. Those whose motto is "our scam is ok, yours is not," will slant their opinions and state them as if they were facts.
