Some potential buyers may be holding back anticipating lower prices, or simply not jumping on hot prospects with bullish alacrity. My comment about "selling natgas, etc" was only shorthand for saying they'll be operating within local valuations, not exporting. Thanks for beating the drum on this one: it was under the radar.
