I thought that I'd post the chart for one of Russ' tables. One of the interesting things is to watch on the right to what degree housing equity impacts net worth for the bottom 80%. If that were to deflate the wealth distribution would be even more uneven.


Nice job again on the charts. Your percentage treatment is likely what Russ had in mind a few days ago, and that I didn't understand well enough to produce.

Its sure not a pretty sight, both as of 2004 and also implications wise.
