F5 Networking Regains Complaince With Nasdaq Requirements After Filing Restated Reports

SEATTLE (AP) -- F5 Networks Inc. said Tuesday the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel told the software company it is in compliance with the exchange's listing requirements and may remain listed on the Nasdaq.
F5 was warned in August that it could face delisting due to late financial filings.

Earlier in December, F5 said it filed amended reports for its 2005 fiscal year and the first two quarters of fiscal 2006. The company filed the restatements after discovering errors in past accounting for stock option grants.

The company also filed reports for the fiscal third quarter and full year of 2006.

Shares of F5 Networks rose $1.38 to close at $74.33.
