Has the company stated in what time frame they would meet again with the Agency? I know that mgmt has had a very checkered past, but I would think that these folks are a buyout candidate to someone who has both skills and an understanding of the needs required for protein stability.

Perhaps the downward trend is the last throes of tax loss selling?
