Kerry would have KILLED all of AL Qaida in Afghanistan within one year after 9-11. Kerry was furious and disgusted when he watched on TV as Bush let Osama and his gang go at Tora Bora. "Where are the troops to cut off the escape routes?" Kerry asked. Kerry has killed enemy in combat. When it comes to real bad guys he is not afraid to pull the trigger. What he would never have done would have been to wage an unnecessary war of choice based on a pack of lies and phony scare tactics. Oh yeah, Kerry also would have acted on the 8-6-01 warning so 9-11 probably wouldn't have happened in the first place, and he would have avenged the USS Cole before that. Bush did nothing on either. Read Kerry's book "The New War" and translate those ideas to the warr against terrorism. Those are the tactics which really work, not wholesale invasions which waste our military might and create bigger messes than they clean up.
