I was thinking you took it off the grill, placed it on a plate and immediately tented it, letting it cook under its own heat. Similar to other recipes that say cook for the required amount of minutes and then let sit for their suggested amount of time.
That's why I asked.

Sigh...I am, for lack of a better description, an Inventive Cook... I am NOT a gourmet know everything, do everything right cook. ;)

Maybe that's why I like dessert... washes away the memory of my occasional failed attempts toward a Cook of Greatness award. <wink>
