Perhaps one day Morriss will have something more to offer than a pithy paragraph in a local paper with a 24-hour news cycle.

Its actual impact on Africa is a bee fart in a whirlwind. African realities are much more challenging than parlor room chat. Ask anyone who has been to the thousands of African development conferences in the US and around the world since the African nations became independent.

If articulating principles was a novel, key approach, things might be different now. Morriss is just repeating rhetoric with no policy framework attached.
