They have a patent on their oven that allows a thawed pizza to cook in just 2.5 minutes. I have not tasted the pizza yet, but did call a freind in TX that is going to. There is no outlets in LA carring them as of yet. Short term I believe it to be a lousy investment too, but long term 2 to 4 years looks very good. Carl
