Judy - I want to disagree without becoming disagreeable. So far as I can tell, there is no interesting difference between Paracelsian's past and its present. Tachovsky used to be a consultant for the company; now he's the "acting president." What does, what could, that mean? And the Board of Directors is composed of precisely the same seven individuals who composed it at the time of the Stockholders' Meeting. No new initiatives have been announced, nor has any product launch been announced. Indeed, the only communication from the Company (since the announcement of the management musical chairs) has been the threatening letter sent to Robin. I have not seen any evidence that persuades me that this Board wants the Company to succeed. (Yo lawyers - just expressing my opinion.) Jonathan
