"Maybe stop foreign aid to both Egypt AND Pak???" I think our military 'aid' (gifts of the American taxpayer) to the entire region has been vastly too much for too long already. What? Something like $4.5 Billion to Israel and $3.0 Billion to Egypt each and every year since the 'seventies? (Saudis mostly pay hard cash for their goodies, they can afford it... while Pak is a little of both) We have become an enabler. "What could Israel have done about this?" (In case you didn't notice: Israel SUPPORTS this Egyptian arms transfer to Fatah. It could not happen without their approval, and it's moving through Israeli military checkpoints.)
