Dale Included the Bayh and Frist withdrawals as absolute because of their recent formality. Warner, if I recall was ambiguous in his comment to the press regarding whether or not he would run earlier in the year. Actually, I'll see if I can find an article on that comment and post here. There is a theory that Warner may announce later in 2007. If Obama is going to announce I would anticipate an announcement either before he leaves his vacation in Hawaii or shortly after returning to the mainland. If I were managing his campaign this would be my advice--------do a dual announcement. One in Hawaii then fly immediately to Chicago and announce. mj
