OH yeah I have been playing all the warrants - They are dangerous but what I dont get is why wind down.

raising capital is hard - well it is for me on the few private veture I have done. These guys are raising huge dollars and winding down at slight losses I assume.

there is a gimmick here - just dont know what it is
