Apple admitted that it faked a board meeting Please point out that passage in today's SEC filing. I missed it and simply can't seem to be able to find it. Here is the filing for your ease of searching: sec.gov Maybe you can enlist some of your MSFT VP neighbors, if you have trouble finding the passage. I'm sure they'll be more than happy to help. If you all don't find the passage, I'm sure you'll admit your egregious error, right Don?
