They are sitting right now getting a PR ready to defend themselves against these allegations. I was not given any information on when they would put out the PR but was assured that they are working to correct everything vigorously. I stressed how upset shareholders are that they didn't keep us informed through these times and I expressed my concern on why they didn't even PR the ungagging of the TA as well as other info that should not have been a problem releasing. They sound like they really are going to battle with some of the top attorneys money can buy. This is going to get very interesting and am looking forward to seeing how this plays out. Big attorneys don't take cases that are bogus. They only go after big money. I'm confident that they know a whole lot more than we do about SLJB and they took the case for a reason. I think they realized long before they took the case that this company was legit and capable of the revenues they stated if done properly. We are one step closer to getting our answers. I agree that this wasn't the best way to get them, but I'm sure that they will fight to the end. BBL Airys418 .
