Stearn is a cellular fraud expert with over 10 years of experience focused on issues involving risk management, credit and collections, revenue assurance and cellular fraud. Stearn comes to Lightbridge from PrimeCo PCS, where she was director of revenue loss prevention and responsible for the design, implementation and management of the Loss Prevention Department. Stearn also brings years of experience from her position as director of asset/revenue assurance at Ameritech Cellular, where she was responsible for overall management of seven departments consisting of credit, collections, loss prevention, security, internal auditing, quality control and process re-engineering. In addition to working with other wireless carrier organizations, Stearn has worked with various police departments on cellular fraud-related cases.
