Some people have begun referring to situations in Presidential terms. It seems Ford refers to a predictable steady ride while Clinton refers to the situational equivalence to rum running.

I personally agree with the majority of wise people who join in singing the praises of President Gerald Ford. He was a great President for the times. Imagine if a slimy liar like Clinton had been in office. The office of President would be as irrelevant today as the Queen of England is.
