arno, I put a search into Google and it emails me every CO report it finds as it happens. I get so many each day that I can't stand to open my email. Death and morbidity for thousands each year. When Lennox poisoned my family, I had a letter found during discovery that alerted installers that the "spill switch" that monitored and if necessary, shut down the furnace if CO entered the living space, was being set HIGHER because it was shutting down furnaces in the North East. It was concluded by Lennox engineers that this was a " nuisance ." Imagine a corporation disabling the only mechanical means to protect a family from death by their product. When I contacted CDC and CPSC and requested history of deaths and injury under Freedom of INformation Act, I was denied. Shootie
