Yes, it's much tougher when you only have three opportunities to shift cash into new positions.

Interestingly, a Mutual Fund that is trying to "beat" the SnP is only allowed to have a very small amount of the portfolio in cash. So if you were to sell a position mid-month you would have to re-allocate the cash quickly.

Elroy should also look into Scottrade or some such. I'll betcha Peter Lynch never paid 1% to flip a position.

Anyway I'm very bullish on my new positions, my indicator is very positive.
