Nokia cannot afford to lose the foot in the Iranian door. Huawei needs this huge market as badly as Nokia.

70 million inhabitant. 10% penetration. USD2.400 income per capita. In five years will collapse like USSR and will open up...

This is a market no one can by pass. It look like Ericsson is too weak here and the cake will be divided between Huawei and Nokia.
