Europe turns negative on the euro The Euros have run up the value vs the dollar by holding expansion below productivity. But in spite of that they are running a 2% inflation rate in France. Messy. They have separate economic policies in spite of the integration, and so nobody is happy with the fact that they can't control their own currencies.
