Some collected stats from the "Buy what wall street hates. Sell what wall street loves" site:
I wanted to look at WCI historically - how their balance
sheet has moved, whether they’ve generated cash flow, how the
company reacts to downturns and upturns in the housing
markets. I started by simply compiling lists of data that
seemed relevant to me over time by sifting through their
10-K’s, 10-Q’s and presentations.
