If this stock was halted by NASD at 3:30 on Friday, then any after hours trade would be *highly* irregular, if not outright illegal. I don't think NASD would permit trading by brokers/institutional investors after it has *HALTED* trading. I think your broker was confusing this trading with after hours trading on *Thursday*.

As far as the company and their products, I don't really put much faith in a press release regarding demos to possible OEMs. I have a number of reasons for this. First and foremost is the history of the company which is poor to say the least. Second even *IF* some of the OEMs will offer this product it will be *UNLIKELY* to be standard equipment, and therefore actual sales numbers can not be known. Further, there are numerous competitors who have comparable products and who have real earnings and deeper pockets.

If this stock can "Show me the Money" with significant revenues from Videotalk (not a measly few million/year) and show real earnings, then maybe I will believe the press releases/marketing.

FYI: I do not own this stock, and am not short this stock (though I almost did on thursday).
