COLY Now at all time lows despite no obvious setback; late stage pipe advancing should drive value at least somewhat as products get closer to NDAs. Too bad there are no options yet. Shorts have a real hate on for this company -- about 6 weeks to cover. Current assets vs burn rate looks quite good - about 10 quarters before they run out at current rate.
