<<I have to be very careful to not use peppers in SW style cooking to my taste either. It's really a bitch when you guests are rolling on the floor screaming in agony:)

Heres another tip, you get over peppered your thought is to drink water. Wrong! that just spreads the peppers and keeps the heat cooking. Sugar, just take a teaspoon if you've lit yourself afire and it will kill it now.>>

Saltine crackers will do the same.

We were in a diner in Tennessee and ordered oysters. The sauce came from special horse radish grown in the hills. One guy took a bite of an oyster and was blowing snot and tears. My cousin was eating the sauce buy the spoonful. Hell, I eat crushed red peppers by the spoonful for the fun of it.

Recipe, tonight I celebrated with a ribeye. Seasoned salt and pepper. Hot fire with flames coming up. 3 minutes to a side. Crispy on the outside and mooing in the middle.
