M.... what a great suggestion to tent my steak. Did that yesterday and enjoyed one of the best steaks I've ever fixed. I couldn't get outside because of the huge snow drift on my deck, so I used my George Foreman. I cooked the steak a little less than 5 minutes then tented it for 4 or 5 minutes on a hot plate out of the oven. While that was going on I heated a twice baked potato from the deli, in the microwave. A small tossed salad combined to give me a terrific meal. I will definitely be doing that again, real soon. Thank you, nice lady!
