Sapiens International and Unisys Announce Collaboration on Year 2000 Projects RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 30, 1997-- Sapiens International Corporation (NASDAQ:SPNSF) today announced an agreement with Unisys to collaborate on Assembler-based year 2000 projects. Sapiens and Unisys will use Sapiens' unique Falcon2000 product to implement the projects. The two companies will work closely to provide year 2000 services for joint customers in the corporate mainframe marketplace. Sapiens and Unisys will initially concentrate their efforts throughout Europe, and plan to expand to other major markets.
