Kazakstan but one screwed up country

I have investments in Kaz and try to really stay on top of that country risk and I'm not sure your description is entirely fair. It would be unfortunate to dis the country entirely because it is tremendously resource rich and is 3/4 the size of the US. However, I'm always interested in being realistic about risk so....I'd like to hear what you have to say about Kaz and would be particularily interested in links to risk analysis of the country.
