Yeah, bulls perhaps overjoy too early on housing, more likely than not, it has not bottomed yet.

So are you in the deflation camp with Mish, or in inflation camp?<g> I definitely think the US inflation will pick up faster in 2007, no matter how are they going to fix the formula<g>
