GregR, unfortunately your inpathique claims have no credibility in Ascend's latest action. Hindsight is 20/20, you are now claiming to have shorted ASND yesterday morning. Fine if you did or didn't I don;t care however yesterday you never posted during trading that you shorted, nor did you post anything about ascend since you relayed an upgrade bulletin exchange2000.com . If you want to play that game you have to follow the rules, and the rules say its bullshit to stake a short claim after the fact.. Greg
