From your own numbers it's clear that the numbers killed by hostile actions are statistically increasing off the scale under Bush from 0 to 300, and then from 344 to 737 is a 114% increase. 2005's numbers will be even grimmer, and you are darn lucky the stats stop with 2004. I'm not sure how you draw anything positive (if you do, and you seem to) from these numbers considering the statistics involved.
