...but the meat is so expensive and I'm afraid to try. Exactly why I'm not going to experiment with it. I already told you I tried teriyaki on a steak some time ago and it wasn't good at all. If it ain't broke.... I just took inventory of my little 5 cubic foot freezer. I have enough beef and pork in that thing to keep me fed for weeks. I buy that discounted round steak and cut it up for vegetable beef soup or stew. Really works great. I may get out today, since it's going to get up into the mid 40's, and shovel out my gas grill. I'm getting an appetite for some grillin'.
