Hi JR, Value Line indicated that they have formed the corporate entity for the one division that's comming out as a new issue. They also said that the stock would be taken public in the near future. That's about it. I've been adding to a BSX position recently. Sold some at $75+ and just bought a few shares back at $55. Next buy is $52 if it gets there. Best regards, Tom
