I see from the dialogue you had with Iktomi that you choose to interpret "figure it out" to mean something else than I do. Figure it out just means that, figure out what is right and get it corrected. Brown v. Board of Education is a classic case of figuring out that it was wrong to use a separate but equal rule to keep Blacks out of non-Black schools. The state of Arkansas couldn't figure that one out. As to the right to bear arms argument, you might want to ask why gun laws in New York have not been overturned by the Supreme Court. The right to free speech has its limits as well.
