ARRS has to drop Seachange for their partner. Seachange uses Mpeg4. From the loss they suffered, it has to be excessive returns due to non-compatible audio formats. Unless Seachange can support ARRS with Mpeg1 codec, the iptv venture is going to be hopeless.
