Eric Heicht is the analyst at Merrill Lynch and has been covering IDPH since he was at Morgan Stanley. When he left MS he gave IDEC his highest recommendation. The question that comes to my mind is, why does he wait until now to put out his strongest recommendation on IDPH at ML? Especially, since it has recently been downgraded due to price move by two other analyst. I'm thinking and hoping maybe he knows something the rest of us don't. FWIW, Don
