Few expats that move here want to return home, and those that do return home are often looking to come back after a few years. Professional life here is just much easier than in the US, and opportunities for advancement are much higher due to rapid growth and lack of qualified professional workers. Non-working wives sometimes don't like it because it can be sort of boring and foreign, but most of the working people enjoy it very much.

Wow. I am surprised. I thought it was kind of like hazard duty.......you got paid extra for being there. I figured the heat and dryness would get to people after a while......like with Palm Springs.......and being so far off the beaten track. I guess not.
