They send out VISA and Discover cards to college kids like they are paper, and it is a shame...then they go after the parents. My neighbors son ran up a $10,000 bill and expected his parents to anti up...his dad told them they gave him the card, they could collect from him. Never did hear how that one turned out. Now it just so happens this kid didn't have the brains of a hot dog, so is it any wonder he charged everything in sight?
