OT: So odd it seems: my brokerage accounts are ahead so far in 2007 compared to 2006 although markets (USA) are closed. -g- How this happens is that although the brokers aren't working, the brokerage computers apparently keep working and recognize any/all dividends electronically paid (distributed) into my accounts in these first two days. With receipt of several dividends, my brokerage statement shows I'm ahead compared to the last trading day of '06. I wonder if I can claim to have among the best records of anybody on SI so far this year. Ytd. Lol. (Well, until 9:30 am e.s.t. Wednesday anyway)
