Who knows, maybe the process is not broken but they might of had a bad batch...maybe they determined that they should switch production to something else for 65nm...maybe they are getting decent yields and speeds from 90nm still and maximizing the situation for 65nm for other products like turion...I guess these mysteries will become apparent on january 17th....
