greg gimelli: You are absolutely correct, English is NOT my native language. To clarify, I do NOT claim in-depth expertise in semiconductor fabrication. However, as you may find from my previous posts, I never participated in discussions about shallow trench isolation or tungsten interconnects, planarization techniques or dry cleaning, as well as about application of the telegraph equations to low-dielectric non-uniform transmission lines in microstrip approximation. I am exceedingly sorry for this terrible misunderstanding but cannot promise that it will never happen again. <you were a screw driver guy.
