I didn't hear the complete report but I think they said something similar happened back in '97. Tens of thousands heads of cattle and other farm animals were lost. They hope this time around they are getting a little earlier start on rescue. But, the storm intensified as it moved east of Denver and onto the plains. So far, this is turning into a very unusual winter for us. My prayer is for the mountains to get record levels of snow.
