"the reason penny stocks do a reverse split is because"

"out with the old, in with the new"

If Xcentia has enough control over Maxam, then they can state that the ability
for Maxam to move forward and use what they now have available as technology
requires a substantial influx of new money.

Then acknowledge that they know of a party willing to bring this cash to Maxam,
but they first require a reverse split of 20:1 be done, then their cash exchanged
for new common shares being issued to reflect that they will then hold a majority.

Current shareholders before the reverse split will have the value of their holdings
reduced via a 20:1 ratio after the reverse split by the mechanics of attanding
after the split the same number of common shares being issued as the price
of each share corrects itself to the pre-split value.
